Girls' Game Night

Tonight my future sister-in-law, Nichole had a girls' game night. The guys have one, so we thought it'd be cool to have our own. It was a lot of fun =D

We had chips and Nichole's homemade salsa; nesquik, soda, and cheetos. And Sis. Shannon had a Snickers bar and was like, "this is my protein" then she got her m&m's (I guess they're coconut flavored) and she's like, "here is my coconut; then she got her jolly ranchers and she's like, "here is my fruit" and then she had a grape soda (I think) and she's like, "and here are my grapes" yes, a very nutritious meal, lol.

We played Rummikub first. At the end all but I think one of us had one cube left, and we were all waiting to go out. In the end Nichole ended up winning. It was her first time playing too. Sis. Shannon betrayed everyone and helped Nichole out.

The other game we played was Munchkin. I had played that the last time the Salgado's were here; but I didn't understand the game very well. This time I got it more and it was a lot of fun! To win you have to have 10 levels. I had 8 and could have won on my next turn, but Sis. Shannon beat me to it.

They were making me laugh a lot tonight. It's a bummer cause I don't remember a lot of the funny stories. I know that Sis. Shannon and Sis. Ashley were making fat jokes at Andrea (cause she's pregnant) Sis. Shannon was like, "now I can finally make fat jokes at Andrea!" They were saying how Andrea looked fat at Thanksgiving, and Sis. Ashley was like, "yeah she ate the turkey" then they said that she's going to have a turkey as a baby, and then Sis. Ashley was like, "we should have taken a picture of her with an apple in her mouth!"

Another thing was that Sis. Ashley was telling us about a romance movie called French Kiss. Then I was like, "eww" at the title, and she's like, "no it's a really cute movie." But someone didn't hear what Sis. Ashley was talking about so they asked us what it was, and Sis. Ashley was like, "oh just a movie called French Kiss. It's a romance movie." Then I said, "really? I thought it was an action movie." I was being facetious, but they took it the wrong way and started cracking up. I don't know if you get it, but meaning a lot of kiss action in the movie, lol. Not in a bad way;

they just thought it sounded funny, even though I didn't really mean it that way.

More funny stuff happened, I just can't remember. But it's ok, you can imagine it'd be funny with this group.

Lol. The first picture I took of her, she had a really fake smile. Sis. Shannon was like, "wow, that's the fakest smile I've ever seen." So I took another one and she made that face. Sis. Shannon was like, "that's a good one. It looks like zombies are going to attack."

I think Sis. Ashley was having an "Ashley moment" that's why Sis. Shannon was looking at her like that.

Everytime we're slow or do something dumb in a game, they say, "don't pull an Ashley" and then she starts laughing and is like, "hey!"

Sis. Shannon was like, "eww, my neck looks like a lizard neck" then Sis. Ashley was like, "well if you look at my picture it will make you feel better." I had taken one of her making a weird face.

That was the first monster I fought.

At one point of the game Sis. Ashley had put a curse on me. She was supposed to take two of my cards, and I made a sad face at her. That seriously made her feel bad and she almost didn't put the curse on me, but Sis. Shannon was like, "Ashley, no, just do it. She's gonna rip you to shreds later!" so she decided to put it on me afterall.

If it wasn't for that meddling kid I would have gotten away with it!

Oh yeah, Nichole had asked how curses work, so Sis. Shannon was saying that if you have one then you can place it upon someone by setting the card in front of them. She used Sis. Ashley for example and was like, "so if I want to curse Ashley I'll just be like "kahpuhchooya!" then she slapped the card down. We were like, "kahpuhchooya?" and Sis. Ashley was making fun of it, then Sis. Shannon was like, "...I got it from Ninja Turtles....well, not really, but it sounds like it'd be from that." Sis. Ashley was like, "Ninja Turtles? They're not THAT retarded" lol.

We're going to keep this game night stuff up; it's gonna be cool ~

We were discussing where to have it next time, and Sis. Shannon was saying not at her place cause Carson's room is right next to the room we'd be in, and he would be sleeping. So Sis. Ashley said we could have it at her place, and Nichole said we can always do it at her place (which is where we had it tonight) and then I'm like, "we can't have it at our place. Ben's bedtime is 8:30." All at once everyone was like, "what??" They seriously believed me, lol. I was like, "I'm kidding..." and they're like, "ohhhhh!" Andrea said, "we're all so gullible!" It was great, I tricked them without even trying. I'm gooood ~

Andrea and I hitched a ride home with Sis. Shannon. She was moving some stuff outta the way so I could sit, and I was like, "you mean I don't get to sit in the car seat?" and she's like, "actually, your seat can turn into one, so you still get to sit in one." Then she treated me like a little girl cause I was sitting in a car seat. She was like, "does the little girl want me to put a movie on for her?" I was like, "...mmhmm" so she put on Hoodwinked for me. It was funny.
