Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day all you mother's! I hope you had a great time. For my mom we took her to a park to have a picnic. It was a nice day but towards the end it started raining and got kind of cold. I like the cold weather, but it was more of a bummer for everyone else. At least it was towards the end though.

The park was about 30 minutes away. We left after church and got there around 1:00 or 2:00. Jeff, Andrea, Jason, Nichole, Stephanie, and Justin came with us too.
Here is the place.

We unpacked the cars, then Matt and Ben started playing frisbee. We weren't going to eat until 4:30 or 5:00 so everyone just goofed off.
Matt and Ben saw these guys playing ultimate frisbee and wanted to join them cause they love that game. They got tired kind of fast because they're out of shape.
Jason is trying to get Stephanie's ball before her.

Matt ruined the first picture I took of Andrea and Jeff because right as I took it he put his hand in the way (yes on purpose) so here is the good one. Jeff was handing something to Matt as I took this. That's why his arm is up.
Ben and Jason were trying on eachother's shoes.
Here is Ben wearing Jason's. He looks like a giant here! Especially when you see Stephanie in the background, it makes him look bigger.
Here is Jason wearing Ben's shoes. I told Jason he should try my shoes on and he said "no.....eww those are tiny!"
Jason threw this frisbee at me but I wasn't really paying attention because I was trying to get the picture of him, and it hit me kind of hard on the leg. I was like "doo-dee-doo-dee-doo....OWW!" And Jason started laughing and was like "weren't you watching?" Andrea is playing with Justin. She kept tickling him and he was laughing a lot.
We were all playing on the playground. A lot of little kids kept looking at us.

Here is a video of Matt trying to get out, and Stephanie was offering to help him.
There were these red swings that were seats and they were really low and hard to swing in, and I wanted a picture of us kids on them but we had to eat and leave soon. But here's Steph swinging.
Jeff was pretending to choke me.
After we ate, we walked over to this area where there is a train you can go in, and there are also these big things that I think are supposed to be like dinosaur bones. But first, here is Matt with a bunch of tall trees. While we were walking to that area Jason put Justin's blanket in his sweatshirt to make it look like his hood. Here's cute lil' Justin.
These are the "dinosaur bones."
I think Jason looks like a kid in this picture. He also looks like a monkey lol.
This was my shelter for when it rained. Not talking about the frisbee, I'm just holding it like a fan.
Here is the train that we were playing on. The sign says we need adult supervision and in the picture we see me and Ben acting recklessly without adults around, except Jason is in the background but he doesn't count.
One last look of the whole "boneyard."
On the way home Matt got really thirsty.
When we got home we ate some dessert. We had cheesecake, pinneapple upside down cake, and brownies. Then everyone but Jeff and I saw the Star Trek movie. Jeff didn't go because he had to work. I didn't go because I was sick and was feeling a bit worse when I got home so I just wanted to stay home and get on instant messenger. Kristen and I played pool 6 times. We're practicing for when we play against Kyle again.

I didn't get to film everyone playing frisbee because I was either doing something else, or I was playing with Stephanie and her frisbee.

Lol, nah he was pretending.

I'm not good at ultimate frisbee...I've never played it but I know I wouldn't be good at it. Matt and Ben get really into it though.

You got it backwards, Justin IS the baby lol!

That park was awesome. I think I had one of my birthdays there as well. I loved playing ultimate frisbee, it's the best sport to play ever! Sister Valerie, the park was called Avry Park, in Corvallis.
