Campfire cookout

On Friday me, Matt, and Ben got invited to Sis. Michele's and Cheree's for a campfire cookout. Aaron, Shannon, and Logan were there too.

We got there around 6:30pm, and sat in the living room and talked for a while. They were talking about stub guards. You know when you stub your toe and it hurts really really bad? Well they said it'd be nice to have guards for your toes so you don't stub them. Cause Aaron had stubbed his toes in steel toe boots at work lol. Cheree was like, "how do you stub your toe in steel toe boots?" and Aaron was like, "have you ever stubbed your toes in steel toe boots? It's even worse than normal cause it's steel! It's like stubbing all toes at once, so it's 5 times worse."

And then we talked about Mexican food. Then we talked about phones, cause Matt was showing everyone his new iPhone, and Shannon said when she used to work, her boss had a fart app on his phone, and whenever someone came close to the phone, it would fart lol.

Then we went in the backyard on the patio to cook some hotdogs.

Cooking hotdogs. Ben was cooking mine cause we didn't have enough of those cooker things, and his had 2 spots to put hotdogs. So I got to sit back and relax on the swing =D

We also had s'mores. YUM. Or as Cheree calls them, sh'moes.

All the smoke kept going to Ben! I guess he's the most beautiful, cause you know, smoke follows beauty.

Me and Ben kept watching airplanes in the sky, and saying, "it's a ufo." And we started waving our arms and said, "take me away!" like those weirdo people you see on movies.

After a while we went inside, cause people were getting mosquito bites.

Sis. Michele was vacuuming up bugs. She kept going after this fly.

The rest of the night we kind of just played on our phones, and Aaron, Shannon, and Sis. Michele were in the other room having their own conversation.

Matt found the fart app on his iPhone and kept playing with it. It sounds so real. He made the fart go off as he sat down, haha.

Shannon, Sis. Michele, and Aaron could hear it in the other room, and they were laughing.

Around 11pm we left to go home. But Cheree showed me her nail polish drawer first. She wasn't kidding when she told me she had a lot. Her drawer is almost full with them! And she gave me some blue nail polish as part of my birthday gift =) the color reminds me of Coraline's, I like it ~

July 4/Harry Potter Deathly Hallows part 2

On July 4 after the parade, the Salgado's, Mayfield's, and Peters came over for a bbq.

I didn't take any pictures because I wanted to just have fun and not worry about it. I did get River though cause she's adorable and Amy did her hair really cute.

Oh, and one of me cause I printed out a picture of an anime character named America and taped it on my shirt.

America is the guy with the blonde hair and glasses. Everyone thought it was really part of my shirt lol.

It was fun hanging out with everyone. Me, Kayley, and Kara were in my room playing Apples to Apples, and we were all so lazy cause we were tired and it was hot. After a while the girls stopped playing and destroyed my room. Kayley, Kara, next time I visit...you better watch your stuff >=D

Anyways!

After lunch some of us had an ice water fight. They would put ice down our shirts, and throw them at people. And then me, Kayley, and Kara played Sims for a while. We made us 3, Kacia, Lukas, Matt, Cheree, and Levi. Me and Kayley are sharing a room, Kara has her own (although me and Kayley put her with Levi when Kara left the room) and the boys share I think. I'm not sure where Kacia and Cheree will be though. But yeah, we're still building our house. It's taking a while cause we keep messing up eachother's room.

Then everyone left to see fireworks at the Pelkey's house. I wasn't able to get pictures of any cause my camera can't get fireworks really good if I'm far away, but I recorded a little of it and took screen caps from it. It's not good quality, but I'll show a few.

I think that firework was a lightning one, it kept flashing really brightly. Me and Matt didn't like it lol, we kept looking away. It reminded me of The Lightning Thief when Luke and Percy were fighting towards the end, and it was super bright because of the lightning bolt.

It really was awesome though, and lots of fun. I wanted to dress up but I didn't have anything. Almost everyone was dressed up though, it was so cool.

We went to the 12:04am showing, which is 3 minutes after the first showing. Matt dropped me and Ben off early so we could wait in line while him and Lukas got dinner.

There wasn't a line yet though, there were just a ton of people sitting around and waiting for a line.

Me and Ben walked around the mall for a while since there wasn't a line yet. We went to the store Dragonvine and immediately I turned to the right in the Hello Kitty room. It was so cute! Ben was surprised cause the room is all pink and cutesy. I was like, "what?....I like Hello Kitty..."

And he was really awesome and bought me one =D I'm gonna pay him back, but still ^-^

We also went to Tilt and he tried to win a psp, but the game was kinda hard. All the other shops were closed so we went to Target, and I took some pictures of toys.

Those are cool ninja legos, I want some lol.

Edward barbie. I wanna see a Jacob barbie, I don't think I've seen one yet. And it sounds funny "Edward and Jacob barbie."

My kids are not gonna play with barbies. They're just weird...

Ok, these are way creepier in person, but I had to film these babies cause they move and make noise whenever you walk past them.

I think some people were watching Ben lol.

So when we were done with Target we had to walk all the way outside and around the whole mall (it felt like) to get back to the theater cause the gates were up.

That's from The Kid, if you didn't know. It really was big so I took a picture. But it turned out like that.....it looks like a bean.

Sooooo we got back to the theater and met up with Matt. There was a long line when we got back. But our line was inside where all the food was, but we had to wait for Kacia before we got in line cause she had the tickets. So we brought out our books from my messenger bag and read until she got there. I had the last Percy Jackson book for Matt, a Calvin and Hobbes comic book for Ben, and 4 manga for myself. My bag was pretty heavy lol.

We had to sit I think in the 3rd row from the front. So we didn't get that good of seats, but at least we weren't at the way front. Jeff and Andrea met us in the theater around 11pm.

They messed up and showed the preview of the first Sherlock Holmes, they were supposed to show the 2nd. Everyone was like, "....what? We've seen this one already!" it was funny.

Pretty much the whole movie was dark, I mean the lighting, and towards the end of the movie there is a suuuuper bright part! Kinda like Lightning Thief. Seriously, everyone was like, "owwww! My eyes!" It was very bright. Worse than the firework lol.

We got home at like 3:20am. It was so much fun~! I like seeing movies at midnight =)
