Dinner at Sis. Michele's

Our family was invited to eat dinner at Sis. Michele's house the week that Ashley Wayenberg and Sis. Pat were here. The Mayfield's and Peters were there too. It sounds weird me calling Andrea and Jeff "the Peters" but it's faster than saying Andrea and Jeff....even though I said Andrea and Jeff three times in one sentence.....

So anyways we went over for dinner and we had homemade chicken pot pie which was very good. I ate in the kitchen with Cheree and Ashley. Since the "cool" ones were eating at that table, we decided we were the only ones that got s'mores. Ben still got some though, but everyone else had cake. Before s'mores, Cheree, Ashley, and I got wood and Cheree cut it while Ashley broke it with her legs and feet.

Wow...wasn't that exciting. We then made a movie that makes no sense...Ashley and I were talking about old people I think and she started acting like one then we wanted to make one about her being an "old" woman. Cheree was her grand-daughter and I was the friend. Ben recorded for some of the movie and he liked watching the chickens more than us, lol. But I will show that for the bloopers video. Here's the movie.

Here are the bloopers.

We had s'mores (or what we like to call them, "shmoes") after our movie was finished. I love shmoes! Ashley and I had a little marshmallow fight, it was fun. I didn't take very many pictures because it was dark.

Typical Ben face.
Ashley's marshmallows.

Here is a video. It is kind of long but this post had a lot of video editing and I'm done with editing videos for tonight so I will leave the longness of this video. You can stop whenever you get bored of it.

Then we went inside and put the movie on the computer so we could watch it. It took a while though because Cheree wanted Ben to try to do something on the computer for her since he's good with computers. Ashley and I went outside to goof around for about 15-20 minutes while we waited. They finally told us they were ready so we went inside to watch it. Cheree then wanted to make us have chipmunk voices, and then she thought it'd be funny to film her singing some Taylor Swift songs in chipmunk voice. So here are the videos.

The End.

Andrea's and Ben's birthday

So this was May 30th on Andrea's birthday. I know I took a while to post. That is because I have been sick for a while. I am all better now so I feel like posting.

For Andrea we had her, Jeff, and Jason over. We had a bbq and ate around the camp fire. It seems weird that we had a camp fire because it was in the high 80's. I wasn't all thrilled about the idea, but it was still fun.
Momo with our flowers.
Jason and Ben having their little nerd conversation.
There's the birthday girl :D

Doesn't Ben look kinda creepy?
These following pictures might be a bit dark but it takes too long to brighten everything, and the resolution on our computer is kind of darker than other computers so if I changed it then it might be too bright and then I'd have wasted my time. So I hope you all can see them ok.
Ok, those movies were a joke present. I got Andrea something but my mom couldn't find it. She thought she left it at Walmart, so I took some of our highschool dvd's and cut out some paper and wrote musical on it for a temporary present for her. But, I have to say, Matt is the one who came up with that idea, so the credit goes to him.
This one is a little harder to see. She is holding a Casting Crowns cd.
The Sandlot is an awesome movie. I should borrow it from her sometime....
Awww. Wittle Ben is hugging big sister.

Andrea has been wanting a mixer. Now we can make cookies when I go to her house :D
When dinner was over, everyone went to the Cruise-in. (For anyone who doesn't know what that is, it's almost like a parade for cool-old-fashioned cars) I didn't go because it was going to be hotter there since we'd be in the sun, so I stayed home. So no pictures, sorry everyone. I can show you what kind of cars would be there though.

This one is actually in Junction City. It looks kinda like Harrisburg too so I got kind of confused.

This is Junction City too.

This too.
It looks like Junction City....I can't tell.

Now on to Ben's birthday.
We were going to play frisbee golf for his birthday, but it was too hot, so we went to Fern Ridge instead so we could go swimming. It was a bummer though because it was too cold to go swimming. What's up with that?? Oregon weather is difficult sometimes. But it still beats California weather :) Summer in the Winter? No thanks.
We got there I'd say around 3:00 or something and we set up our stuff at the picnic table then the boys played frisbee. Once again I had a headache, and I didn't feel like playing frisbee, so I played a game on Andrea's phone.
Jason, Nichole, Stephanie, and Justin met us there.

The birthday boy.

Justin likes Matt, he was laughing at him. Most of the time Matt will just look at Justin and he'll smile or laugh.
We ate hamburgers and hot dogs. It was super windy when we were eating. All of our stuff was flying off the table lol. It was supposed to be in the 80's that day, that's why we decided to come to Fern Ridge, but it felt like it was in the 60's because of the wind. Everyone wanted a jacket or something but none of us really brought one cause we thought it was going to be warm. We were going to have cake and presents at home because of that.
I must warn you that because of the wind, it is kind of hard to hear us talk. I just wanted to show you a little video of us and of the loud wind.

Before we went home, a lot of us played frisbee. This is kind of a cool car we saw.

Stephanie just threw the frisbee.

This video might be a little long since it's not very exciting, but it takes too long to shorten all these videos so I will leave it. Feel free to stop whenever you want though.

It was so funny because when they were playing frisbee Ben threw the one with the hole in the middle for Stephanie, and it went around her neck. Everyone was laughing a lot. I missed it on camera though because I wasn't filming at the moment, it's a bummer because it was so funny.
Some pictures of the place.
Now we're at home, going to have some cake and open some presents.

He had Mississippi mud cake. It is very rich and you can only have so much of it. I like sweet things, but this is like eating a lot of fudge at once, with extra sweet stuff like marshmallow. Oh yeah, for Andrea we had ice cream cake. It was really good :)
The next picture is kind of blurry. Sorry.

He finally has the whole set of Star Wars, yay!

Ben collects cars. He has a lot of them.

Calvin and Hobbes is awesome :D

Justin likes to follow my camera.

Sometimes when Jason holds Justin he says, "sit up by yourself" but Justin can't yet and he starts to fall forward but Jason is holding him.

They turned on the tv for a little bit after Ben opened presents. Although it's not the easiest picture to see, I think it's cute because Jason and Justin are watching tv....everyone else is too, but you know what I mean.

In the beginning of this video Ben is trying to get up off the floor like how Jason does it. Then in the end Stephanie is jumping and she wanted us to clap for her. It was funny :)
Later that night everyone went to see the movie Up. Because of how I was feeling that day I didn't go. I was bummed, but I just wanted to go to sleep, I didn't feel good at all. I am glad everyone else got to go though.

Since it is June 24th now (12:25 AM) I will say, Happy Birthday Megan! Happy Birthday to Sis. Rechelle and Lauren too!

I baked a cake for you! :D I wish I could make one like that, it'd be awesome!

Bryan's concert and Alivia's birthday

May 28th my dad took Andrea and I to see Bryan's little concert at the gazebo in Harrisburg. We met up with both Pelkey families, the Hitson's, the Morton's, and Dylan was with them. Sis. Valerie and Bro. Steve asked me and my dad to take pictures of Bryan for them, but I left it to my dad because I was too short and couldn't see Bryan good enough. I had to stand on my tippy-toes to get him but I couldn't see what I was getting and I'd get part of him, haha. The audience. Cheree, Sis. Michele, Sis. Valerie, and Dylan are in this picture. It was pretty warm that day. I think it was in the high 80's.

I think Bryan said that at one point they kind of messed up and no one was playing only he was so you only heard him for a little bit. He said he was nervous. I would be nervous too, Bryan.

Bro. Steve told me that he liked my bangs and they look emo. He was like, "you're emo, aren't you?" I said, "no I'm not." He said, "yeah, but you want to be emo." Again, I said no. Then he said, "deep down you really are emo, aren't you?" I said no again. Then he laughed and said he was joking with me. Lol.

We left to go home after that, I wanted to see the Pelkey's and Dylan before they left for Idaho the next day.
Cheree was petting his head here.
Good job Bryan :)

May 29th was Alivia's 4th birthday and Sis. Heather had a little party for her. Sis. Judy, Sis. Ashley, my mom, Andrea, and I were at the party.

Alivia was showing us her toy lion.

The first game we played was one where instead of pinning the tail on the donkey, we pinned a crown on a princess. The best video of that is of my mom doing it. Alivia was funny though because she kept peeking so she could put the crown on right.

Then we played another princess game where we have to win all of the jewelry.

I think Alivia won.
After that we had cake, then she opened presents.
She had a Tinkerbell cake, it was cool looking.
One of her presents was a new princess dress.
She also got a keyboard from Sis. Judy which was cool. She got a scooter from her parents. Here's Paige eating her cake.
It was a cool little party.
